What is your shipping and returns policy?

We offer worldwide shipping which means you can place the order on our website and we will deliver it to you, whatever country you are in.


Receiving Time = Processing Time(3-6 days) + Shipping Time(7-15 days)

Shipping is free for Shop orders over $79. Orders below $79 will have a shipping fee. Both shipping costs and shipping method should be subject to what is stated on the Payment Page, and this may vary for different delivery destinations.

Shop orders will be processed within 3-6 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. All orders are typically delivered within 7 to 15 business days (US:10-15 days, UK:6-8 days, FR/DE/ES/IT/AU:7-12days and Other countries:7-15 days).

Note for taxes:

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT. However, some limited countries may need to pay duties or VAT according to your country’s rules for taxing goods.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 30 days of your shipping date. For a full refund to your original payment method, the items must be unworn with the original tags attached, and the item must not be marked as a final sale.

To send back any items purchased in a Shop order, you can generate a return label here by entering your order number (found on your packing slip) and your shipping zip code.

Once your returns are ready to go, just drop them off at the post office or give them to your mail carrier. You can also schedule your mail carrier to pick up your returns through the Post Office website.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-20 business days. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Nex,t contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
